Technical Operations Manager

The New Mexico Finance Authority (NMFA) in Santa Fe is a seeking a qualified Technical Operations Manager who will report to the Chief Technology Officer. This position will assess organizational system-integration needs, then plan, execute, and coordinate technical process improvements from inception to completion within budget and timeframe goals; configure, customize, and maintain helpdesk and project management/collaboration tools; manage helpdesk tickets from information collection, assignment, and follow up;  optimize helpdesk process by analyzing performance data to improve process efficiencies and customer satisfaction; and provide user training on helpdesk and collaboration tools.

NMFA is a government instrumentality that works throughout the state to build economic prosperity and stronger communities through infrastructure financing and economic development programs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in customizing and managing a helpdesk, possess the ability to integrate a helpdesk with collaboration tools such as ClickUp, and be familiar with CRM software integration.   A relevant degree and Industry Standard Certifications (CompTIA, A+, Project+, Net+, etc.) along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional analysis skills paired with the ability to identify and resolve technical and user issues.  The ability to train users, document processes, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders is highly desirable.

Commercial Lender

The New Mexico Finance Authority (NMFA) in Santa Fe is a seeking a qualified Commercial Lender reporting to the Managing Director, Lending. This position will represent NMFA in communities throughout the state and will originate, structure, underwrite, and close loans, grants, and other financing opportunities for businesses, local governments, municipalities, counties, and other entities.  The Commercial Lender will work with NMFA’s credit analysts during the underwriting process to complete loan write-ups and make recommendations.

NMFA is a government instrumentality whose mission is to advance New Mexico by financing impactful, well-planned projects. The ideal candidate will possess experience in commercial lending, financial analysis, commercial asset valuation, budget management, and technical report writing. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field plus at least five years of relevant experience are required. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional analysis skills and the ability to communicate the results to a variety of audiences. Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.  An understanding of local government financial management methods and procedures is desirable.
